Hello,
My name is Poorva Dutt, and I have been the trusted mortgage agent for many families and homeowners (just like you) since 2021. I have a deep background in sales, marketing and strategy and climbed the corporate ladder in downtown Toronto for over a decade. Though I enjoyed leading high pressure marketing and sales initiatives, I always knew I wanted to build something of my own.

Still, if you told me back then I’d be quitting my corporate job to pursue a career in financial services, I never would have believed you.

But I am incredibly grateful to have found the mortgage industry because it allows me to combine my analytical skills with my ability to connect with my clients at a personal level. As my client, you can always count on me to:

As a mortgage agent, I deeply understand that my reputation is not given but earned. With each client, my ultimate goal is always to earn their trust and confidence as their go-to advisor for mortgage preapprovals, mortgage applications and all mortgage renewal enquiries. In addition to being a mortgage agent and a business owner - I am a mother, wife, school council member, cat lover, GoT geek and a recovering perfectionist.
